Creative Design & Marketing Coordinator
 
 
The Hub…on Smith is now accepting applications for the position of Creative Design & Marketing Coordinator to provide excellent marketing materials and social media content to a growing development program in beautiful Sheridan Wyoming.
 
We are looking for a highly creative and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual design concepts and marketing strategies to promote our brand and products/services. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of design skills, marketing knowledge, and project management abilities
 
This is a part-time non-exempt position with benefits and a starting wage of $20.00/hr.

POSITION:        Creative Design & Marketing Coordinator
LOCATION:       211 Smith Street
                          Sheridan, WY  82801
REPORTS TO:  Director of Development

 
 
Essential Job Functions Include:
  • Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for various marketing materials including newsletter, digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Development and Community Engagement Coordinator to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies as needed for design and production tasks.
  • Provide creative support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Frequently moves about to communicate and exchange information with others.
  • May be required to drive to events, transport and carry supplies and set up for functions.
  • Computer skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, Microsoft, and other products.
  • Ability to relate to people of different age groups and backgrounds and interact and communicate in an effective manner.
  • Ability to organize time and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to constantly changing projects and environments.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment with a strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and layout design.
