SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Weatherby's Stock Assemblers are responsible for different levels of assembly depending on their assignment within the Weatherby factory. These assignments vary in terms of difficulty and complexity. Basic assembly does not require much previous assembly knowledge, although experience is always beneficial. Higher levels of assembly require finishing raw parts, initial assembly, and fitting of parts, as well as final assembly of finished product. Each assembler will be trained to inspect
