POSITION SUMMARYThis position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Under the guidance and supervision of the Health & Wellness Director, the Weight Room Associate is responsible for offering our membership the continuance of quality in facility cleanliness, safety, and service with a strong focus on relationship building.This position will fill the following shifts:
