FINE ARTS COORDINATOR - SHERIDAN HIGH SCHOOL
SCSD2 is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Fine Arts Coordinator to assist with all Fine Arts performances at the Sheridan High School. 

STIPEND AMOUNT: $6,000 per year

JOB GOAL: Under the direction of the Activities Director, the Fine Arts Coordinator will oversee the scheduling, organizing, advertising and ticketing for all Fine Arts performances at the Sheridan High School. 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs event coordination including scheduling, organizing, advertising and ticketing. 
  2. Serves as on-site coordinator during all fine arts performances including set-up and proper operation of sound and lighting systems/equipment. 
  3. Ensures the safety of staff, students and spectators by adhering to auditorium expectations during performances.
  4. Communicates needed supplies and equipment relating to Fine Arts performances in accordance with established procedures and budget allocations. 
  5. Responds to inquiries from students, parents, other school personnel, community representatives, etc. for the purpose of providing information, assistance and/or direction regarding the Sheridan High School's Fine Arts program.
  6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
