Essential Functions and Requirements:

● Metalwork Mastery: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
● Equipment Expertise: Install and repair various equipment and components.
● Organizational Skills: Maintain shop organization.
● Tool Proficiency: Be comfortable with power tools (pneumatic, electric).
● Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections on completed parts.
● Equipment Proficiency: Be familiar with Forklifts and Crane operations.
● Self-Starter: Able to work independently with limited guidance when necessary.
● Blueprint Adherence: Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
● Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a team and follow direction.
● Adaptability: Perform other related duties as required.
