Wage: $22.50/hr.

This Community Support Coordinator is responsible for leading services for Easterseals Wyoming (ESW). This position is responsible for the client services including Day Services, Community Supports and Community Integration. This individual will be expected to have a deep understanding of program and curriculum design, Home and Community Based Services (HBCS) rules and be able to design, delivery and execution of experiential, community-integration events based on client input.

The Community Support Coordinator is responsible for the integrity of services and ensuring that programs are survey/accreditation ready. The Coordinator will provide a model of service delivery that embraces the spirit of HCBS delivery and meets client goals for community integration. The Coordinator will participate in client planning with the intent of providing maximize unit utilization to support client independence, and align with industry best practices and funding source requirements. Outcomes from Community Programming will offer a profound impact on each individual’s independence, their families and community partners and will ensure the overall health and safety and protection of the rights of individuals served.  

Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid Wyoming Driver’s License

Physical Requirements
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.

Experience
High School/Equivalent
Degree preferred
3-5 years
Experience in Human Services or related field
Track record of building positive staff relationships and teams
Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
Preferred: curriculum and/or program development experience
