As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations. Cascades of Sugarland Ridge (independent and assisted living) provides care for residents and their families from all over the region, including Ranchester, Dayton, Story, Big Horn, Buffalo, and Ucross. What Cascade Living and Cascades of Sugarland Ridge look for in Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
- Ownership attitude who can stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
- Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
Depending on Experience
Shift types- Various PRN/On call
Sign-On Bonus Details:
- $500 paid at 90 days of employment
- $500 paid at 180 days of employment
- Bonus Elgibility - Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
