Skinner/Kill Floor Worker

We are looking to add another team member to the kill floor team at Western Heritage Meat Company. This person will be primarily responsible for trimming and cleaning the carcass upon start of employment. This person will be taught additional steps and duties as employment progresses. This person must be able to work on his/her feet in hot or cold conditions and be physically capable of regularly lifting 50-70 pounds.

This person will be taught:
-The basics of USDA regulations and some associated forms

As needed, this person will:
-Help load out boxes for customers
-Complete other duties as assigned
