Meat Cutter/Butcher

We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable meat cutter to add to our fantastic team with many years of experience.  This person will expand or add their knowledge and skill to skill Western Heritage Meat Company- a locally owned and operated, fully certified USDA meat processing facility.  We have slaughter, processing, and smokehouse capacities and are looking to add to our team of meat cutters. We process all red meat from half carcasses to finished product, including beef, pork, lamb, goat, yak and bison.
