Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist in waste disposal and recycling processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support kitchen staff by restocking clean plates and utensils.
• Occasionally assist with basic kitchen prep as needed.
Requirements:
• Reliable, great work ethic, energy, and integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
