Business Development Support Associate (Part-time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide part-time support for our national accounts/business development team. This role combines project coordination, proposal (RFP) writing support, and data organization to help strengthen our firm’s relationships with partners and position our investment strategies effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills who wants flexible, part-time work in a professional setting.

Compensation: $24.00 an hour

Location: Sheridan, Wyoming

Commitment: 15-25 hours a week

Reports to: Associate Director of National Accounts

Supervisory: No supervisor responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Organize and maintain records of platform and advisor relationships.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for meetings with external partners.
• Contribute to special projects, including data analysis, event coordination, and business strategy initiatives.
• Provide general business support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong writing and editing ability, with attention to clarity and tone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in financial services, asset management, or sales/distribution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
