Job Description:
  • Build and inspect firearm subassemblies; trigger packs, stock assemblies, etc.
  • Prepare products for warehouse efficiency (bundling, wrapping, heat-sealing, counting, inspecting, assembly, cleaning, etc.)
  • Perform assembly work of a highly repetitive nature
  • Package and label pallets and containers for storage in warehouse; transport and securely store pallets and containers in storage racks using forklift and pallet jack
  • Cross train to pull/pack/ship orders to customer
  • Assemble cardboard boxes; organize stock and maintain inventories; restock materials, as and when required
  • Maintain clean work station; perform general housekeeping sweeping floors, removing trash, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned
Job Environment:
Work is performed inside a warehouse that has good ventilation and comfortable temperatures but with regular exposure to factors such as dust, fumes or odors. May have to handle merchandise and work with tools with sharp edges. Tools, supplies and related merchandise may contain hazardous materials.

  • Interest and knowledge in firearms and weaponry
  • Successful candidate will have strong mechanical competency and reasoning; experience with tools is preferred; experience with minor machining is a plus
  • Shipping & warehouse experience; experience with forklift and pallet jack a plus (willing to train)
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
Minimum Qualifications:
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend or sit; often for prolonged periods.
  • The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • The employee is regularly required to lift and move boxes with an average weight of 60 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Schedule:  Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (one-hour lunch break)
Pay Rate: $13.00 to $14.00/hour; DOE
