Mid to Senior Water and Wastewater

We are looking to grow our water and wastewater service offerings in a few strategic locations. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced water and wastewater engineers to join our team and make an impact in the communities in which we live, work and play.

Project Types: Water and wastewater system design for Municipal and Government clients. Duties will include working under the direction of client service managers/project managers or serving as the task manager/project manager for a variety of water and wastewater projects in Montana, Wyoming and the Northwest.

Growth: Business development, client service management and project management, in Wyoming locations and Spokane starting and building a team to provide water and wastewater services.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology or equivalent.
Mid-Level: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Water/Wastewater Engineering industry. A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.

Senior-Level: Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the Water/Wastewater Engineering industry. A professional engineering (PE) license is required.

Value added skills or certifications depending on experience level could include:
• Water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment design
• Stormwater design
• Hydraulic computer modeling
• Project management
• Client service management and business development
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS
• Construction management experience

High level of personal responsibility and accountability. Interpersonal skills to meet and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and clients. Positive attitude and professional bearing. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record.

Salary $65,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Locations Billings, Kalispell, Montana; Sheridan, Casper, Wyoming & Spokane, Washington
