Job Description
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions

Education/Certifications/Licenses: A high school degree or GED is required

Wage/Salary: Based on experience
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities
 
Administer the Construction Loan Process
 
  • Administer construction loan projects/budgets on the bank's core platform as well as the online construction management platform
  • Maintain accurate and complete records including paper and image files throughout the Construction administration process
  • Monitor and ensure lien waivers are obtained or secure third-party service to do so when available/appropriate
  • Reconcile all draws to pay applications
  • Originate LIP billing for active construction loans each month
  • Order monthly inspections through bank approved inspectors or bank staff where appropriate
  • Prepare active construction loan report for Board of Directors
  • Create and send 1099 misc. tax forms at year end for payees and inspectors
  • Monitor and maintain files on third party inspectors
  • Keeps close liaison with all major builders and developers
Equipment Finance Process Support
 
  • Coordinate with clients to collect information (financial and credit data) required to prepare loan and leasing presentations and close/fund loans
  • Administer Lease asset insurance tracking and monitoring
  • Assist and monitor process to securing equipment assets with appropriate UCC Filings and Title instruments
  • Coordinate with clients and staff to support Commercial Lending on loan and leasing related activity
Commercial Department Loan Processing Support
 
  • Provide secondary review as needed regarding verifying loan documents for proper legal descriptions, vesting, dates and signatures
  • Back up process loan and lease files as needed
  • Scan and upload customer file information
  • Cross sell bank products and services
  • Attend, coordinate, and participate in training and bank meetings
  • Manage department projects as requested by supervisor including tasks related to daily/weekly/quarterly duties as assigned, not limited to expense reports, problem loan reports, construction reports, etc.
Provide and promote exceptional customer service.
